Part time employment for community representatives.

I worked for this company for three years and had an excellent track record. After being mistreated by a coworker (total disrespect, condescending, tossed my framed family photograph in her trashcan, false accusations) I reached out to management. When management failed to help I sought out the help of HR. The following day I was fired. The week I complained to management, an employee let me know that they were going to get rid of me and told me my job was posted on a local job sight. Complete lack of training, leadership, respect, communication and consideration from management.

Good Company, for the Drees Family

Cons

If you are one of the Chosen Few, great gig. But they hire more than they need and fire the rest. When you do get terminated they will void all of your pending commissions. so you end up work for up to a year for the Drees family for NOTHING. You signed the agreement, but thats the only way you can get the job, really shameful.

Recent company wide survey indicated the management does not listen to their employees, Austin Office Management is technology challenged and lacks forward thinking, Design Center Selections are not processed timely forcing estimators to followup which cuts into estimating completion time. Micromanagement, Lacking information before starting projects.
