Able to work from home twice a week

Cons

Corporate leadership does not empower divisions to make their own decisions and improve upon their processes. HR policies such as telework, COVID and inclement weather procedures are ridiculous and reflect the lack of trust the company has in its employees. Technology is absolutely archaic and there are no signs of improvement any time soon. Much lower salaries that other competitors in the same region.
