Pros
The close knit community of students, faculty, staff and parents really makes working here a wonderful experience. The freedom to explore as an educator and administrator really benefited one's personal growth experience. The overall benefits provided by the institution are great--health, vision, dental and retirement. Whether a part of the community for a year of ten years there is a deep connection that is everlasting.
Cons
The small staff size does mean that your community of professional colleagues is pretty centralized.
