The management team is empowering and empathetic. There is a focus on learning and expanding your skillset. Which in software development and technology, is extremely paramount.

Cons

The company has grown quickly...which has its upsides and downsides. As long as Drips continues to invest in it's employees and do right by the clients, there is tons of potential.
