Pros

I started at this company just over 8 months ago. The work environment is unlike any I've been witness to. It is full of friendly welcoming people who have strong work ethics. It is rare to find a true "work hard, play hard" mentality like they preach at Squints, but they live up to their word. With everyone responsible and timely in their work, the company succeeds like a well oiled machine. They take the time to nurture new talent and help you reach your full potential. On the play side, there are plenty of video games, nerf gun fights, and jokes carried out. The well being of their employees is clearly at the top of their minds. The office caters to every need you could possibly have. I personally burn through our Keurig and Nespresso. The cohesiveness of the company is more comparable to a family atmosphere than a normal corporate culture. I have found myself happy here as my hard work ethic is not only noticed but appreciated and not taken advantage of as it has been at other places I've worked.

Cons

This site forces you to post about cons, but if you work here then you will realize there are no cons. Even if you have to work late on the occasion (which could be annoying at other places), the owners will be right there with you working just as hard. There are no cons to this company. It's outrageous on glassdoor's part to require that.

Pros

This is overall the best place I've ever worked at, I've had quite a few jobs at other large corporations but these other places are doing it all wrong. Squints is a place you want to wake up in the morning and go to. I wake up everyday saying "I am going to make a difference today" and Squints and the atmosphere is what continually keeps inspiring me to do that. We all want to make a difference in our workplace and it show by the success of the company.

Cons

Honestly the worst part about working at Squints is that there's nothing I can write here, you should be able to at least say one crappy thing about your job but I can't. I can't say I hate my boss, I can't say that my coworkers smell, or we don't have enough time for lunch.. If you so happen to see Squints hiring, apply, you won't be let down.

Being A Squint

Pros

Working at Squints over the past six months has broadened my knowledge and expanded my experience immensely in technology, organizational skills, customer service, and so many other things. I moved here from the middle of nowhere to take this job and I was really worried about not feeling very at home, but being a part of this company is like being a part of a big family. We joke together, we grow together, we even eat together. It's not like some other company where you're just another number, at Squints everyone is recognized, respected and accepted as the beautiful individual that they are.

Cons

I cannot think of any cons to working at Squints.
