The coworkers are great friends. You will feel accomplished in your work because there are a million fires to put out each day so it does feel like you’re being helpful.

Cons

All of your friends will be fired. Every person will be fired. There are definitely a thousand job openings to consider before setting a foot inside this company. No respect from above for those actually doing the work.
