We're big enough to ensure that losing a single client won't lead to layoffs—in fact, we've never laid anyone off! At the same time, we're small enough to offer flexibility in carving out your own career path, regularly creating new positions to meet evolving needs.

Cons

Even though we're not a startup, we often feel like one because it's not always clear who is responsible for what task. This can actually be seen as an opportunity, but I have to remind my team, and sometimes myself, to view it that way.
