Pros

Drive employees are so talented that it's like playing on an All Star team every time a new challenge arises. The motivation to do GREAT work here is contagious and you can feel the energy when you're in the office. The technology and strategies implemented at Drive are industry-leading by several years. Very competitive, yet accommodating and rewarding environment. Every employee is customer-facing which provides our partners with a much more personal experience with Drive. Our clients begin to feel like friends and family after only a short time partnering. Leadership team is very straightforward with employees. CEO wants best for employees/company. Clear expectations set and resources to succeed are very prevalent. Rewarding work to see partners continuously increase their sales and make more $ month over month

Cons

Disorganized at times, but nothing uncommon for extreme-growth startup. Issues usually resolved ASAP and new strategies implemented effectively for continued improvement.

Pros

Best Culture, Best co workers, Chief Happiness Officer dedicated to ensure people are happy, Annual Company Summit get's everyone excited to work to make the company grow even further. Fast Growing. Diverse atmosphere, AMAZING outlook. I left because I had to move across the country for family. If they ever open a branch out west I will absolutely be reaching out for my position or one similar.

Cons

Work / life balance can be skewed but the only people working that much are doing so because they are hungry for success. Not because they have to in order to keep their job.

Pros

Relaxed Environment, Social work life

Cons

Little to no consistency in leadership or management, Constant trash talking of almost every employee and little to no gratitude for work unless you are a brown-noser.

Thanks for the feedback. I want to address these individually. As far as consistency goes, what you've described is the nature of the beast with a fast-growing organization, not to mention the fact that we're in an industry that is consistently evolving. We're constantly learning new things, improving our processes, creating new technologies, and embracing new opportunities. There's a difference between trash talk, and direct, open feedback. We don't hesitate to address learning opportunities as we see our employees develop much more quickly when we don't mince words or sacrifice coaching opportunities for the sake of avoiding a tough conversation. Many people thrive in this environment, but not everyone, which we understand. We are a meritocracy and our organizational hierarchy is based 100% on ability and track record. The leadership team is composed of about 50/50 Drive veterans who have succeeded and worked their way up through the company AND high-achieving individuals that have had success in other organizations. We wouldn't be able to grow at the rate we are with under-qualified people leading the charge. We are always looking to improve and would love to get specific feedback around these areas. Please feel free to reach out to myself or anyone else in the organization to talk some more so that we can make every employee's time here a positive experience. -Stephen
