Pros

Structured commissions, high volume, lots of earning potential

Cons

No work life balance. Held to 30 min lunches, though working lots of ovetime. You won't get a break necessarily. Delivery or bringing your own lunch is your only guarantee unless you love gas station hot dogs. Also lots of employee turnover.

Pros

Great location for a corporate office, good culture, great office perks.

Cons

Bottom up management, always changing direction of agenda, sometimes seemed they didn't even know the direction the company needed to go in, some directors were very rude to other employees, I witnessed a pretty high turnover volume. On call always.
