Pros

At drive-time they have great hours, as well as VTO happens quite often. Everyone is very nice, friendly and outgoing.

Cons

They’ll tell you they’re going to do one thing and never fall through with I️t. It’s easy work but working through the weather conditions can be a challenge.

Pros

Room for growth, SOLID people. Great pay if you hit your goals.

Cons

Corporate doesn't seem to care about anyone in retail. They make us work so short staffed that customers can't even believe it. They want us to execute everything 100% when we don't even get time to eat or even take a break. Sales managers are expected to own the sales floor, do all the title work, AND work on the lot. This is inexcusable.
