Pros

Most of my coworkers are a delight and the job itself isn't all that difficult. As long as I work with and communicate with my managers, I'm able to create an extremely healthy work/life balance. For the most part, management does a great job of pumping up their teams and celebrating wins.

Cons

Must have an already established set of "people skills" in order to relate with clientele and overcome obstacles related to customers. Being a woman in this industry can feel uncomfortable and challenging at times.

Pros

It's nice to get paid hourly plus commission. Traditional dealerships are mostly only paid commission so that's a plus for me.

Cons

Poor management, micro managing due to lack of training now the beginning. Don't like the fact that when you make a mistake, you are basically chewed out for it.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. Transparency in feedback, both positive and constructive, is a large part of DriveTime culture however we are disappointed to hear your experience felt more like micro-management. We appreciate you providing your thoughts to help us improve this.
