Pros

The pros are your fellow sales advisors become your family and personal friends

Cons

No work life balance. Too metrics driven. And a unreasonable amount of pressure from managers

Pros

Great company culture, Dynamic, energetic, positive work environment, open door communication, competitive salary and bonus structure, good benefits, fell like I am part of a work family, after hour activities with co workers

Cons

Open work environment (no cubicles) can sometime get distracting and hard to focus on work, but I can understand how it allows people to collaborate and get creative which has allowed DriveTime to thrive through technology.

Please let us know what department you work in - a lot of our teams felt we were asking for too much feedback from our corporate employees! Thanks for the positive review and let us know what we can do better by speaking with your manager or Talent Support.

Pros

The benefits are pretty good and it's base salary

Cons

My location is unorganized. Poor Commission Structure. Some of the sales advisors are absolutely sleezy employees and will do anything to cheat the system and play with number to make a deal happen, no integrity at all. Some managers know what happens and will turn a blind eye. Some managers and senior SA's are awesome and some are so lazy we have better days when they are not in the store.

The behavior you outlined here is not tolerated at any DriveTime dealership. Please speak with your General Manager ASAP, or call our Speak Up line or Talent Support. We encourage all employees to discuss performance issues in dealerships openly and provide suggestions on how we can improve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
