Pros

The starting pay and the people I work with are great. Supervisors don't really say anything to you if you do your work.

Cons

The company has grown way too fast and it is having a hard time keeping up. Too many changes in a short amount of time. Some supervisors are inexperienced and have no idea what they are talking about. Time off is below average at 11 days of PTO a year for 1st year, plus good luck trying to use it. Benefits are below average; health insurance is really expensive.

We're sorry to hear you're not enjoying your time at DriveTime and take your concerns seriously. We realize our culture and agility can create a challenging and opportunistic work environment. We encourage you to discuss your concerns with your manager or call our Speak Up line to discuss your concerns with the supervisors you interact with. We feel our benefits are well above industry average. All first year employees receive 11 days of PTO plus 6 paid holidays and our medical insurance begins at $25 per pay period. If you'd like to review your benefits selection, please reach out to HR and we'd be happy to assist!

Pros

Ever since coming aboard Drivetime, I've felt very welcome and the staff is great. The work environment is very laid back, and the culture is excellent. Management cares about your concerns and if you reach out, they definitely listen. The benefits are great and it definitely is a plus to being a part of Drivetime.

Cons

The pay is unacceptable considering the requirement of a bachelor's degree for every position and the amount of work I am asked to do on a daily basis does not coincide with an hourly rate of $13 dollars an hour, especially since the work for similar positions at other companies is drastically higher. That being said, the company promises advancement and a future.
