Pros

Good athmosphere and overall good company (good standards)

Cons

There is no set schedule....I was expected to stay hours later than my shift ended. There is no room for advancement for Operations Advisors

Pros

This is a great company, with great benefits. Love my job. The company really takes pride in their insurance and their ability to keep the rates low, I think this is great that the company helps their employees to maintain their health.

Cons

Confusion between corporate and the lower ranks on how things need to be done. And the fact that Drivetime is a NO-rehire even if they are the reason person lost their job (layoffs). I don't think that is fair to the person that lost their job by no fault of their own.

Pros

I've bounced around from job to job where I was just expected to churn out content and it didn't matter how good or bad it was, just that it was done. DriveTime wants you to only produce the best possible ideas/content and is willing to give you the time to develop and isn't afraid to implement change.

Cons

On occasion communication between departments can be slow or non-existent, which can cause a bottleneck on certain projects and work.
