Pros

The pay potential is great. Customer interaction is fun and interesting. You learn a lot about automobiles for personal use.

Cons

The management styles required for promotion are not experience or productivity in position driven. The upper management are verbally aggressive. Stores are typically short staffed due to high employee turn over. This causes current employees to have to work longer hours that they are not thanked for.

Pros

not high pressure sales, great sales experience, can advance if you have the right attitude and work ethic. overall a fun place to work, management will buy store lunch fairly often. excellent people to work with, makes going to work easy.

Cons

not a set schedule, could work open to close even if supposed to get off earlier. always changing personel in stores. different focus every week and every store is operated different. Relocation is a must if you want to move up in the company. 1st year PTO is less than 2 weeks. compensation could be better outside of tax season.

Pros

Noting is good BAD BAD BAD What do you expect from a company that target poor and in need people with 25% APR and very high down payment which is the VISION of the CEO

Cons

* Unprofessional people working in the benefits and HR . They don't have a phone number and they have no HR training at all bunch of kids working under a lawyer. * Bad management. Unprofessional and incompetent managers. decision making is is not based on science but based on trail and error. the managers that control the company are 2 young inexperienced buddies from school. * I dont know if CEO, CRO AND CFO are needed in the company or it is just titles to sell the company. *if you are an intern it is a good place for you to work * dont waist your time working there * no insurance for 2 month and be careful not to get fired * very easy to get rid of you * nothing gained professionally *dont respect your culture and background bad HR
