Pros

Was able to make some good money during my tenure there. They will promote you if they like you even if you don't have the skill set so that's a pro to some. They would buy lunch for the team about 2 times a month.

Cons

Where do I begin? They create positions that do not make sense like an ad position (supposed to be like a district manager) but when you go to them for advice or an answer they always have to reach out to someone else. And you may not get your answer until days later or even weeks. They bring on these people from the outside called amp candidates who do not know anything and they expect the sales manager to train them to become gm"s that's how it worked in Houston. You are always being told you will get fired for doing this or doing that so you don't even want to make a decision with out reaching out to someone. Then they give you feedback and tell you have no managerial courage .. what a joke

Pros

Had a team like bond with other sales advisors

Cons

Management micro manages you, salary is low compared to how much money the company makes. Just laid off tons of people with no notices. Benefits are ridiculous and you have to hound people on the phones who don't want to buy a car. Literally harass people. Commissions start after you sell 6 cars. After it's all said your looking at 480-500 a week. Don't fall for the 50,000 a year they tell you. If you were hourly you would make tons of money as they make you work OT everyday

Pros

Great coworkers/ fun work environment / cool building / monthly raffles / good benefits / game room / gym /

Cons

Dealing with the worst customers/ no room to grow/ no raises/ management very disconnected with agents and expects you to lie to customers to bring them in/ calling customers multiply times a day to the point they are wanting to take legal action/ scheduled breaks and will get in trouble if you break anytime other than that/ treats you like a child/ hard to get time off/ promises 65k a year but bonus structure makes it hard to bonus - read the reviews of the company online and really ask yourself if that's who you want to represent
