      Great compensation package. Salary + commission is a plus

      Cons

      Typical sales expectation, work life balance isn’t the best. Buddy buddy system when it comes to promotion, but the work you put in is what you get out of advancement.

      We appreciate your review and feedback of your time with us. At DriveTime, we like to promote from within and we do not base promotions based off a buddy system as favoritism is not tolerated. Instead we focus on performance, skill, leadership, decision making, and business need across the organization. We appreciate the advice you provided. As you know, COVID-19 forced the business to make some really tough decisions including layoffs, which was hard to see many tenured and good performers go. As we move forward, our business has picked up again, and we are hiring in certain areas.
