It is unfortunate to hear that this was your experience with us, considering it sounds like you would like the chance to return. I can understand your frustration with not being called back right away. As you know, COVID-19 impacted our business like a lot of other companies, which put us in a position to make tough decisions which led to layoffs. While we continue to watch the pandemic closely, we are making careful and safe decisions for our employees and customers. We have started hiring again in some areas, where as in others are operating on a reduced model.
