Pros

Great salary and benefits. Awesome opportunities for advancement. Corporate support for individual career advancement is above average. The comrade between peers across the country is very rewarding.

Cons

The metrics for calculating bonuses can change with little notice.

Used to have good commissions. Then we made to much so they changed the structure.

Cons

Always changing Bonus structure and managers.
