      Pros

      DriveTime spoils us by paying a great salary with commission and bonuses! We have so much fun at work and we work hard to reach our monthly goals. The relaxed fun culture allows me to be who I am and I love being around others who I can be comfortable with

      Cons

      Sitting at a desk making calls all day can be boring during slow times and now they staffed the store with so many sales advisors that people are becoming greedy and sales can be hard to come by.

      Pros

      DriveTime has such a positive culture. One that I've never seen before in any other company I've been apart of. DT upper and middle management listens to their employees and are extremely transparent with company initiatives. Work life balance is a plus here too( longer hours during tax season though). When you're off, you're off! In previous positions I've had with large companies my off days would be filled with still working from home with a laptop and still having to deal with calls on my work phone even if I was with family. DriveTime is a growing company with great leadership. And every Dealership is different but most people whom I come across in the company truly enjoy being part of DriveTime.

      Cons

      I like the old price stickers more than the new ones that we use. I couldn't think of another con.

      Pros

      Good company that pays well for all the hours you are required to put in.

      Cons

      Upper corporate management does not know the reality that happens at their dealerships anymore, a majority of them managed their dealerships some time ago when old processes were used.
