      Pros

      - There is a laid back office culture - Also the promotion opportunities are great as well. You can move up through the ranks rather quickly. There has been multiple instances of people moving from entry-level jobs to director roles and executive positions, - The compensation is great for new college grads

      Cons

      - The biggest con is the work life balance especially as you begin to move into the management role.

      Pros

      If you get to know the right people, there are plenty of opportunities to grow from within. There are high expectations, but the culture is relaxed and management is usually open about their intentions.

      Cons

      Some weekend hours. Training procedures are still being fine-tuned. If you catch on to things quickly, you should be able to learn your job just fine.

      Good Pay, GREAT people.

      Cons

      long work days, no consideration for personal life tragedies. God forbid you have to bury a loved one ... better be sure you have all the paperwork to prove it.
