Pros

Hours are full time-but not early bird or night owl. Small store staff, not an overwhelming experience joining this team. One on one training and learning experiences. Learn how to work with a variety of customers and how to individualize our company to work for each of them. Lots of ways to meet needs.

Cons

Not a huge fan of the women's shirts we have to wear-not very flattering.

Pros

Fantastic pay, automatic PTO accruals every pay period, great work environment, great health coverage. Love to come to work every day.

Cons

Too small of a lot for the amount of vehicles that we have to offer, no real holding lot.
