Very dramatic and very immature managers. Judgmental towards most employees unless you were on their good side.

Base salary is pretty good.

Cons

60+ hours during tax time while salary Cars are VERY poor quality Hardly ever met budget so no bonuses So much telemarketing!

This helps take the pressure off making a sale and ensures that you can focus on doing what you do best - assisting our customers. Due to the nature of our business, tax season can potentially bring on longer days to assist customers through their journey of purchasing a vehicle. During this time, employees still get Sundays off plus an additional day off during week. While we may have parted ways, we wish you the best in your next role.
