Lots of training provided, leadership supports you, corporate atmosphere, fast paced, always something to do

Cons

Hours can be long but no surprise it’s auto sales, micro managing, vehicles are not always up to standards, high int rates for customer but it’s their niche

The company is honest and straight-forward with a commitment to integrity. The pay is great!

Cons

Long hours and you don't go home at closing. You have to stay until the last customer is done. Sometimes this means hours after your shift has ended.
