Pros

Fixed salary of $35000. Good benefits. It seems like it's a place pretty hard to get fired from.

Cons

Long hours. 10-11 hour days are not unusual. The commission scale is ridiculous. You'd have to sell a silly amount of car to make the $50-$60K the recruiter says everybody makes. The amount of paperwork we have to do during/after a sale is ridiculous. They used to have other positions doing this but they're "streamlining". Also, the company has been downsizing in management. So your promotions opps are limited.

Pros

The potential to earn a decent salary with great benefits. The health benefits are awesome and so is earned vacation time.

Cons

The pressure of having to sell a minimum amount of units before you can even make commission. They tell customers cars can be transferred without a fee, but employees have to drive to get the cars for the customer. Sometimes driving to get a car will take 6 hours away from your sales day, which is not worth it. You are salaried employee and only get 30 minutes to eat each day if you get a chance to eat at all. No teamwork. The management team feel as if they can talk to you in a disrespectful way.

We are sorry to see you didn't have a better experience with the management team. We understand that the day to day duties at the dealership can require the flexibility of our employees but with this comes the opportunity to increase sales and commission. We appreciate your feedback.

Pros

Salary, and decent benefit package. Monthly schedules and set days off. Leads provided.

Cons

Poor management on ALL levels. Management extremely lazy, they do not assist in daily tasks or with customers. Managers go above and beyond to prevent from working and get upset with budget isn’t met. No yearly raises. They actually decreased our income by changing the commission plan. No bonus like promised when hired. Extremely long hours, with little added compensation. No dealership structure, unless you are on the managers good list or know them on a personal or intimate level. No incentives
