Pros

Pay, PTO, and benefits are great. Schedule is hood compared to traditional Dealerships

Cons

Initial movement is easy. But beyond that forget about it. Customer base is toxic. Deal with people with challenged credit and majority are lacking education about the car buying process. Been with several managers and nobody stays that are the complete manager package.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience on here. We hear you: working in customer service certainly has it's challenges, and we appreciate your hard work and patience to help educate and identify options for all of our customers. We'd also encourage you to share these suggestions and others with your leadership team! Your perspective from the front lines is critical to our success and very well might lead to improvements in our processes.

Pros

Benefits and pay are very competitive. Overall you can get this anywhere.

Cons

Target audience is poor people. Very stressful job. No work life balance, pto is earned as you go. The first year working you’ll only receive 3 hours of pto biweekly and the second year it’s 5 hours biweekly.

We appreciate you leaving us a review! Glad you enjoy our pay and benefits package. Regarding paid time off, it does accrue the longer you stay with the company. For instance, after just 1 year you jump up to 136 hours accrued per year (that's 17 full days, plus the additional closed holidays and Sundays always off)! As a current employee, if you have serious concerns about the stress level in your role, we'd highly encourage you to speak to your manager or contact our Talent Support Team to learn about available resources.
