Hello, thank you for stopping by and writing us a review! We are glad that during your time with us as a Bankruptcy Specialist you enjoyed the company, pay, and benefits. Unfortunate that you did not feel the same about your management team. We hope that you were able to share your feedback and ways we could improve prior to your departure. We wish you the best of luck in your next role!

Pros

Competetive salary and benefits. Great co workers.

Cons

No overtime. Get same commission as low performing employee. Long hours with no overtime. Will not let you use vacation once you give give notice and they will not pay you earned commission if you resign before the commissions are paid. They put a lot of pressure on you to sell optional products on their vehicles and to also have cuatomers sign up for automatic payments. You in most cases have to be elusive with customers regarding what they are paying for in order to keep your product sales percentages high. When I started you were sold on career advancement but the way they are structured now you will not really have many oportunities to advance your career. If you are coming from a low paying job than you will enjoy their base salary for sometime until you realize allthe work and stress you have to deal with. I enjoyed working with the people their but wishInwould not have wasted four years there. If you are looking for a great career and company look elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on your time with us as a Senior Sales Advisor (aka Customer Experience Guide). While it shows you enjoyed some parts of your job, it is unfortunate to hear you were not pleased with other areas. As a company that is constantly growing and evolving, we listened to our employees feedback on how they can continue helping the high volume of customers and earning commissions without overworking. Revamping the bonus structure allowed us to continue put our customer first as we work together as a team. This also allows our teams to not constantly work past their scheduled times, however flexibility and dedication is needed especially during busier times. The more customers we help through the car buying process, the more opportunity for the entire team to win with a bonus incentive at the end. While bonuses are earned, they are also incentives for our employees which is why bonuses are paid during time of employment. Career pathing and advancement is still and will always be available to all our employees. While our time together has come to an end, we wish you the best of luck and hope your next employer offers the people, culture, salary and benefits you once shared with us.
