      Great culture, great people, great mobility

      Cons

      If you're promised pay raises or promotions, make sure you get it in writing and acknowledged higher up on the management food chain. My leadership wrote some checks they couldn't cash and now I am out a 35K raise, promotion, and looking for another job.
