Pros
Good quality of life and work balance. Great coworkers (for now).
Cons
CEO has become so disconnected following an influx of external hires to middle/upper management, he's too busy chasing investors around these days. The culture we used to have is gone, caput. Every team is running lean and nobody seems to care to fill necessary roles. Zero opportunities for advancement or continuing education. Consoling a coworker in literal tears is not out of the norm these days. Compensation is a joke, we just now received 401k's with ZERO matching. Just about everyone is updating resumes/job hunting.
