Pros
The team here is passionate about building the category-defining drone company. It's great to work side by side with talented, hard-working people that take ownership of their work, express humility, and respect one another. There are countless opportunities to learn and grow, and it's even more exciting that it's in such a new industry with huge potential. Dan, the CEO and founder of DroneBase, is by far the best leader I've had the privilege of working for/with. I can't say enough good things about him and the rest of the leadership team at DroneBase.
Cons
Working at a fast-paced startup isn't for everyone. Personally, I have no cons to share, but some people may not be looking for the amount of responsibility or autonomy you will be given at DroneBase. You need to be a self-starter and a leader in your own right. If you need your hand held, look elsewhere.
