Pros

Dropbox is really best in class when it comes to their HR and People team. They are cutting edge and always open to experimenting and improving their processes. Make Work Human is one of their core values and the company really lives up to it. Pay is competitive, company-wide PTO day each month, "virtual first" is a perfect blend of remote and in-person, and everyone is incredibly smart while also being kind and having high EQ.

Cons

Sometimes it gets pretty busy, but that's to be expected anywhere.

Pros

Benefits, salary, smart people (new hires)

Cons

Old guard isn't very good, leadership doesn't know what to do, frequently changes their mind. Worst part is very passive aggressive so not sure leadership really knows there's a problem.
