The opportunities to do new, different and interesting things while making a difference to the bottom line. The company and offices have a great vibe of fun and inclusiveness. The benefits are also amazing, especially the food in SF and Dublin.

Cons

Quick growth mean things change a lot (which can be an issue sometimes) and some foundational work has yet to be done.
