Pros

I continue to stay at Dropbox because of the phenomenal people I get to work with on a daily basis as well as one of the best and cohesive teams I've ever been on. It's a very blameless culture with a lot of positive attitudes just looking to move things forward.

Cons

Remote work isn't for everyone and while Dropbox makes a best attempt at making it THE way to work, I can't pretend it doesn't have it's downsides. Offsites happen but can't fully replace in office interactions.

Pros

* Fully remote and flexible work hours (Many managers try to spread the meeting around the working hours, so you really can enjoy the flexible workhours) * Comps is good

Cons

* Lack of leadership vision * Leadership only cares about demos and does not understand engineering requirements. * Politics, politics, and more politics * High turnover of mid-level managers.
