Awesome Compensation. I almost doubled my comp from my previous job Great manager and team. Team mates are so grounded and helped with my onboarding. Benefits and perks ‘were’ very competitive as well

Cons

The direction of the company is so confusing. The leadership is inefficient. The long term goals and vision seems to be flat with nothing innovative. I cannot see a future for this company. The company has changed its direction recently to become a AI centric company with no solid AI Contributions. The benefits were cut recently and the company layed off people in 2 consecutive years. The CEO has guaranteed that there will be no layoff’s and broke his statement. Top performers were let go as well Recently there has been a lot of emphasis on impact. More people got lower ratings and were put on PIP . The culture is shifting and the moral is all time low. The company will not survive unLess something miraculous happens .
