The money is pretty decent.

Cons

The hours are way too long. It creates a dangerous work environment-especially with the techs driving vans at night. It'd be hard to leave there because you have zero time to do anything else like go to school or look for better jobs.

Got the hours and a promotion when the time came.i learned a lot from this company that I can take with me into another carrer. They give you everything you need to succeed.

Cons

Was not home very often, and the communication was off some times. Dispatchers got under techs skin so to speak.
