All the over time you can ask for. Great field techs to work with.

Cons

Insurance fraud. joke of a company does not care for employees what so ever. You are just a number an a low one at that. Low pay for the amount of work responsibilities they require from you. Job is very sad an has no room for advancement you will be fired no matter how great you end up just steer clear an focus your energy an resources anything else it will be better.

Great company to work for, full of growth opportunity. Love the people I work with and enjoy going to work everyday. The owner is awesome and really cares about his employee's. It feels great to help customers in need and provide a service that changes lives. This is a company that goes above and beyond to help customers in need and really cares about helping people. Great benefits!

Cons

Being an emergency service company long hours are expected during business needs. It's worth it in the long run.

The only thing decent about the company is the pay, but you will sacrifice a lot for it.

Cons

Absurdly long hours (65+ hr/wk in a 5-day week, doing manual labor) Technicians are treated like chattel Long hours and lack of sleep create dangerous conditions, especially while driving No life outside of work
