Working with Dry Force has been a great experience for me. It's company that goes above and beyond not just for their clientele, but for their employees as well. Out of my 2 year career I have learned a lot of great things and have encountered a lot of great people. Knowing that you were able to help those in need when they were at there worst point in their lives is a great feeling, especially when the homeowner would call and thank us for a wonderful job. A little bit of gratitude went a long way. Coworkers are very friendly, management is great, really feels like ONE BIG TEAM. Plenty of hours, many opportunities for advancement, great workplace, excellent benefits, Dry Force is very family oriented, professional, hard working, and provides a safe working environment.

Do not micro manage, appreciate your employees a bit more and show them, host more company events.
