Pros

Great Company, we've grown a lot over the last few years, they always make sure everyone has up to date software & Equipment to do our job, decent benefits, sick time, vacation time, holiday pay, 401K....The Owner & Managment are good people, he's very generous when the Company when Business is good. Overall, it's a pretty awesome place to work, I love what I do..

Cons

Siniorty don'tmatter much, hours suck, They need to hold EVERYONE accountable, you have team players that go above & beyond to make sure everythings done and the team is good and you have the ones that dont care, it's bad when your team notices, but managment doesn't seem to care. I'm sure any job you'll have some of the same issues.

Pros

Was there for almost 3 years benefits are good descent pay not the best for what you had to do with added responsibilities. Workers were great.

Cons

Dispatch was the biggest Con I always had when working there. They controlled all the operations which made it a nightmare they lie and communication was awful. They always made excuses on why they couldn't get you help it was either we are slammed or even on slow days they would sorry we don't have anybody. And getting help on big jobs was hardly ever going to happen They always pissed the techs off. When they screw up they find a way to put it off on someone else. When I would bring it up to upper management they always had the dispatchers back which I was mind boggled about that. It's simple they control the operations. And was the reason I believe they have one of the highest turnover rates I've seen. Also when techs were getting tired or burned out you will always here we are hiring more guys. Which when they would they would quit. And it was because of the above reasons

We do care about our employees and appreciate their hard work. I would have to disagree about "dispatchers controlling everything". Managers are always available to address and correct any valid concern.
