Pros

The work is easy most of the time.

Cons

Horrible communication; Cameras and microphones throughout company offices and automobiles; COO makes commitments without carrying through or that are defied by the CFO. Will not pay for support in any way. HIGH TURNOVER and worse culture and morale

Dry Force Response

This is disheartening to see that you had experience this with Dry Force. We have regrouped and revamped management here to create a culture where everyone will feel appreciated and treated fairly. We have worked on process improvements over the course of a couple of years to follow through on every order, command, and request.

Pros

This companybis a growing company that has reach across all major cities in Texas. They have a strong executive leadersgip team that is focused on customer satisfaction and employee retention. While this may sound like something all companies strive for, Dry Force has attained it. My time with them showed me how honest they are with their customers, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. As an employee, they do have quality management that weekly makes efforts to hear new ideas and expand with changes in the field or industry. The only thing that is asked of you is a desire to work, learn and care.

Cons

As any leader in an industry, you will have competition that plays a bit "dirty". While this is not a direcr con to Dry Force, you will need to be focused and aware of your competition to understand any negative push back you may get from clients and how to best overcome it.
