Nothing, except if you thing being on call for any day or hour in the week is a positive.

Cons

First off, they require certain training. They make you pay and put yourself through training before they will hire you. No guarantee of hours. If they have work at any hour you work, or if no work you starve. Terrible work cleaning up sewer water or any catastrophe that occurs in the house. The scam the home owner with the insurance claim. Stay away, especially with the supervisor in Houston.

All the over time you can ask for. Great field techs to work with.

Cons

Insurance fraud. joke of a company does not care for employees what so ever. You are just a number an a low one at that. Low pay for the amount of work responsibilities they require from you. Job is very sad an has no room for advancement you will be fired no matter how great you end up just steer clear an focus your energy an resources anything else it will be better.
