Pros

This is a good fast-paced company with good management and good job benefits. You work hard and you are rewarded for your efforts with health, dental and vision benefits; life insurance; vacation time, paid holidays, 401k after a year and much more.

Cons

The hours can be long but as I stated before the pay off is worth it.

I’ve worked in construction for many companies over the last decade, and this company is the first one I can honestly say is above reproach. Everyone here truly cares about what is best for our customers, and treats everyone with honesty and integrity. There’s a great management team with a lot of experience, friendly work environment, and unparalleled systems and processes. Expectations are high because DryForce expects the best.

Cons

Nearly all jobs are insurance claims, which typically slows down the repairs process for our customers.

I have been with the company now going on 2 years and its been nothing but positive.As the company grows i feel that i am growing with it as well. I have learned so much about how the company runs and what it takes to keep being successful.Our place of business is a fun energetic atmosphere.
