Pros

Managements lack of professionalism. Carelessness with time management of employees. They either provide very minimal amount of hours - at one point out of spite, the manager changed my schedule to worked only FOUR HOURS A WEEK - or too many and wont allow you to take a break! Extreme lack of leadership, responsibility, and accountability. The management and regional management couldn't care less about its employees! I really wish I could give less of a star!!

Cons

Majority of the clients were lovely. I built bonds with many of them, including other staff members. Honestly, if it weren't for them, I would have shot that place up!

Pros

-Fun coworkers -Half off products (nothing for natural hair tho, so its not really a pro for me)

Cons

-Not enough pay for the work or for being licensed -Have to find coverage to do anything outside of work (ex. court, school) -Not very flexible w/ scheduling -Force you to sell retail (Products are $26+ and you only get like $2 from that) -No natural hair products -Natural clients take way too long & you don't get paid for it (they charge more for people with extensions who have less hair than a naturally girly girl) -Clients are CHEAP most come from paying 100+ for a blow out and expect the same quality. -Police social Media -Too many unpaid breaks; 2 to 3 hour breaks on 6/7hr days but they are split into 45-60mins so you can't really go home -Employees complain

Pros

- tips, pay could be good if you work at a good location. - choose what days and how many days to work. - pick up shifts when you need extra cash - can be fun sometimes

Cons

- mandatory to work a sat or sun. not fair to the majority of stylist that work at hair salons or have other jobs that require weekends. - minimum pay - aside from blow drying 8 hours a day you are also required to do the housekeeping. you will be cleaning toilets as well as blow drying. - extremely corporate. - no part time days. 7-8 hours minimum. they don’t care how much your body hurts. - you only get a 30 min break on an 8 hour day and clients are treated like cattle so sometimes you are doing back to back blow dries.
