I haven’t worked a full shift all but once. Everyone gets called out of their shifts all of the time. (Every day I work I get called out) they always make me take an hour-2 hour breaks because they don’t want to pay me (when I could be working or cleaning still) Never work enough shifts to hit sales goal. I get texted one hour before my shift starts to let me know if or when I’ll be working for that day - I’m practically on call but I don’t get on call pay..

No lunch breaks Hard to use the restroom because there's only one for about 30 people including stylist and clients. We have to work too closely to the other stylist. The way that the chairs are set up if your client has long hair then you will be bumping the stylist working next to you. They overwork the stylist. No music in my shop. Working in silence sucks!!
