      Master Blowouts. Good Tips. Good training. Steady clientele.

      Cons

      Excessive Cleaning Required. For minimum wage you will do two blowouts or more per hour plus haul garbage and clean toilets and mop floors.

      Pros

      Products and Tools (with the exception of those awful curling irons). Domain Location. Busy with clients, so a potential to make good tips.

      Cons

      Poor Management. Seems like they aren't on the same page when it comes to running the place. Unprofessional in the way they address staff and clients (at times.) No enforced dress code, sometimes stylist looked like they rolled out of bed.
