Pros

Manager is seen only 3 times a week. Shop works itself. Great place to improve your speed ,skills and work under a lot of pressure.

Cons

You are a Hairstylist & receptionist for the same salary . Some clients have aptitude and sometimes shows anger issues. One of the computers is not working properly and have not changed yet, neither the card reader. Summer time is slow and send you home early ( 4 hours work at day)

Everything, low paying, upper management is a mess. Always out of product and salon essentials. They let racist clients harass management and front desk, with no consequences.
