- Able to build clientele if you do other color services on the side or at another location - basically takes pretty much anyone, so long as you have the desire to learn - great way to learn blowouts - able to work your way up with hard work but management will definitely notice

Cons

- your job, not the managers job to find coverage. *my current job isn't like that* - very short appointment times, eepecially for some clients with lots of hair or the need for more time. - managers shorten appts to get more money flow in for them to earn bonuses - overworked

the management at location i worked at was very young and often worked more on things with her favorite people we had a shop educatior who couldn't even do all the styles offered in the lookbook
