Pros

Helped with building blowdry technique. We worked as a team.

Cons

Hours are not relaible. You could be scheduled to work certain hours but you can be called off last minute if they don't book enough appointments beforehand. Days off you are responsible to find coverage not managers job. It is at their discretion if they give you time off depending on if they need an extra hand that day. So you could be denied.

Awesome work environment, you work with a lot of different people and make great friends. Fast paced environment, always busy. Saturdays usually get free lunch!

Cons

Sometimes have long work days, usually have short breaks.

You get to create your own schedule and very flexible hours. It's a great job for someone that just graduated beauty school .

Cons

You never know if your hours will get cut short during your scheduled shift. The company is poorly run and you don't get payed on time.
