Pros

- Easy - Free blowout (if you're ever not working alone, which you will be most of the time.) - Everyone who works in the store on a daily basis is friendly.

Cons

- Upper management (who don't work in the store on a daily basis, are here once a week or less) are judgmental and rude. - Rarely get to take a break. - Expected to close/open store alone with little training. - Overall a lack of professionalism when it comes to employees speaking to clients, management speaking to employees, and the conversations had between employees in the store.
