      encino location culture is amazing coming to work is enjoyable it’s fun and lively you can tell the team and management care about there place of employment and what they do i definitely look forward to coming to work here

      when washing clients temperature of the water changes drastically out of no where and can get annoying

      Pros

      One of the best reasons for working with DryBar is the connections you make with a variety of employees and customers. There is a lot of growth potential within the company, and they do not put a cap on your ability to take on a variety of positions. They encourage promoting within, and really love to see their employees succeed, that is hard to come by. Also, being treated like family is a cultural value lacking at so many companies, but not here.

      Cons

      The only cons that I can report is the ever-changing atmosphere. IT is a company that is built on quick learners and so it can be challenging at times.
