      I loved the training, my manager was awesome as well.

      Cons

      I think base pay should be at least 15.00, 12 dollars as a base is shameful.

      Pros

      In 7 years that I have worked for DryBar there was room for me to grow. I was able to experience being a stylist to working the front desk eventually becoming assistant manager & now shop manager.

      Cons

      There is lack of support. Sometimes feels like nothing is taken seriously. Everything at the moment is very unorganized, shortage of product and staffing.

      Pros

      Drybar CA shops are under new ownership that really care about their employees. Ive seen a lot of positives in the short time they have owned the company. We’ve had pay increases and incentives brought back. Im excited about working here and love that upper management took the time to come to my shop and speak to me.

      Cons

      We just need more stylists, we are so busy.
